Unfortunately due to change in childcare circumstances I can no longer offer evening appointments regularly. I am now going to be working a Saturday mornings to compensate for this. If you need an evening appointment please contact Katy directly to arrange this with her.
UPDTED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
We understand that circumstances beyond your control can sometimes arise, and we will always try to be accommodating and understanding in such situations.
As it has become increasingly difficult to fill appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, Beautify is introducing a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% charge will apply. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, and missed appointments where no notice is given, will be charged in full.
When booking online, you’ll be asked to enter your card details to secure your appointment. No payment is taken at the time of booking; any applicable cancellation or missed-appointment charge will be processed automatically.
Appointments lasting two hours or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
You’ll receive our updated booking terms by email and will need to read and sign them.
Please understand that when you book an appointment with Beautify, you are reserving Katy’s time as well as your treatment. This decision has not been taken lightly. Thank you for your understanding.
